Pantas44 Terms & Conditions – Transparent, Clear & Fair for All Malaysian Members

To register and use the pantas44 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Failure to meet any of these requirements may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance where applicable.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. pantas44 conducts periodic age verification and reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• One Account Per Individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active pantas44 account. This applies to the use of the same name, phone number, IP address, bank account number, or e-wallet. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during pantas44 registration must be accurate, truthful, and kept up to date. Your full name must match the name on your official identification document. Providing false information may result in account closure and withdrawal rejection.
• Personal Use: Your pantas44 account is for your personal use only and may not be transferred, shared, or used by any other party. Managing your account through agents or third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Identity Verification: Pantas44 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or withdrawals exceeding a certain amount. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your national ID, utility bill, or Malaysian bank statement.

Pantas44 reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an existing account without providing reasons if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility requirements have not been met.

Pantas44 only accepts financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through approved Malaysian payment methods.

Accepted Payment Methods: DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, FPX Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and direct bank transfers to a verified Malaysian bank account. pantas44 does not accept any foreign payment methods or currencies other than Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Minimum Deposit: RM 10 for slots; RM 30 for Sports Betting and casino games. There is no standard daily maximum deposit limit, though pantas44 reserves the right to request additional verification for exceptionally large deposits.
• Deposit Processing Time: DuitNow and most Malaysian e-wallets are processed within 30 seconds. Direct bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM 50 per withdrawal transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same Malaysian bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit, for security purposes.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Pantas44 is committed to processing withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Withdrawals may be delayed if additional identity verification is required.
• Transaction Fees: Pantas44 does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own fees, which are beyond pantas44's control.
• Deposits for Gambling Purposes Only: Funds deposited into a pantas44 account are for betting and entertainment purposes only. pantas44 is not responsible if deposited funds are found to have originated from unlawful sources.

Pantas44 offers a variety of promotions and bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and promotions tied to specific sporting events such as the BWF World Tour, Malaysia Super League, IPL cricket, and MPL esports. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer, as well as the following general terms.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new pantas44 members only – valid once for the first deposit. The current bonus rate is 100% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM 500. The bonus is credited automatically once the deposit is processed.
• Rollover Requirements: All pantas44 bonuses are subject to rollover requirements before winnings from bonus credits can be withdrawn. The current rollover ratio for the welcome bonus is 10x the bonus amount received. Example: a RM 100 bonus requires total bets of RM 1,000 before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus Validity Period: All bonus credits must be used within 30 days of being credited. Any unused bonus credits after this period will expire automatically with no compensation.
• Bonus Usage Across Games: pantas44 bonus credits can be used across all game categories — slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, badminton, cricket, e-sports, and live matches — unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Only one bonus per offer can be claimed per member. Any attempt to claim the same bonus more than once through different accounts will be considered fraudulent activity.
• Pantas44's Right to Cancel Bonuses: Pantas44 reserves the right to void any bonuses and associated winnings if abuse, manipulation, or attempts to exploit promotions in an unfair or unintended manner are found to have occurred.
• Promotional Terms Changes: Pantas44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited and are currently in the process of meeting rollover requirements.

The pantas44 Sports Betting section covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League), badminton (BWF World Tour, Malaysia Open), cricket (IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Asia Cup), e-sports (MPL Malaysia, PUBG Mobile, Dota 2), tennis, and more than 30 other sports. All bets are subject to the following rules.

• Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each market and may vary by sport type, tournament, and market conditions. Pantas44 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Odds Accuracy: All odds displayed on the pantas44 platform are shown in the stated format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply — not any odds that may change thereafter.
• In-Play Betting: For live in-play betting, pantas44 reserves the right to suspend markets at any time for technical reasons or to preserve market integrity. Bets confirmed prior to any suspension will not be affected.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled or not completed within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded in full to your pantas44 account balance.
• Official Results: Pantas44 uses official results from the relevant sports governing bodies (FIFA, BWF, BCCI, etc.) as the basis for settling bets. Live broadcast records or unofficial sources are not accepted as grounds for disputes.
• Sports Fraud: If pantas44 has reasonable grounds to believe that a match has been manipulated or that fraudulent activity is involved, we reserve the right to withhold payment and launch an investigation before any final decision is made.
• Daily Winnings Limit: A maximum daily withdrawal limit applies to Sports Betting winnings. This limit varies by bet type and will be indicated in your account settings. Pantas44 reserves the right to review and adjust this limit without prior notice.

All live casino games and slots on pantas44 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been certified by independent testing bodies to ensure full fairness and randomness. The outcome of every game is final and cannot be disputed on grounds of "bad luck" or "system bias".

• Fraud Prohibition: Any attempt to defraud, manipulate the system, exploit software bugs, or use automated software (bots) for gameplay or betting is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Anti-Money Laundering Policy: A pantas44 account must not be used for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity. pantas44 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in investigations into suspicious activity.
• Multiple Accounts: Detection of duplicate accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances, including any pending withdrawals. This includes attempts to claim the welcome bonus more than once.
• VPN or Proxy Use: Using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to conceal your true location or identity while using the pantas44 platform may result in a temporary account suspension pending identity verification.
• Inappropriate Communication: Members who communicate with the pantas44 support team in an abusive, threatening, or inappropriate manner may be banned from using support channels and their accounts may be reviewed.

Pantas44 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that, in our view, is in breach of these terms, without prior notice in cases involving fraud or security threats. Pantas44's decision in such matters is final, subject to the appeals process available through customer support.

By using the pantas44 platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following liability limits and disclaimers, which form an integral part of the agreement between you and pantas44.

• Gambling Risk: You acknowledge that all betting and gambling activities carry real financial risk. pantas44 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through betting activity on our platform. You place all bets entirely at your own discretion.
• Service Disruption: While pantas44 strives to maintain 99.8% uptime, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption. Pantas44 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical disruptions beyond our control.
• Odds & Market Changes: pantas44 is not liable for any betting decisions made based on odds that changed before the bet was confirmed. Players are advised to check the current odds before confirming any bet.
• Third-Party Information: The pantas44 platform may display statistics, analysis, or sports information sourced from third parties for informational purposes only. pantas44 does not guarantee the accuracy of such information, and it should not be used as the sole basis for any betting decision.
• Total Liability Cap: Pantas44's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim, excluding any bonus value.

Responsible gambling is at the core of how pantas44 operates. We recognise that a small number of players may find it difficult to manage their gambling habits, and we have a responsibility to support them.

• Self-Imposed Deposit Limits: All pantas44 members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the account settings section. These limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased within 24 hours of the change being made. Decreases to limits apply instantly.
• Loss Limit: Members can set a maximum loss limit for a specified time period. Once the limit is reached, the pantas44 system will block further betting until your next period begins.
• Temporary Account Pause: Members may request an account break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months. During this period, the account cannot be used for any activity. Funds in the account will be preserved, and withdrawals may still be requested at any time.
• Permanent Account Closure (Self-Exclusion): Members who feel that gambling is seriously affecting their lives may request permanent account closure through pantas44 customer support. This decision is final and the account cannot be reopened.
• 18+ Age Requirement: All pantas44 members must be at least 18 years of age. pantas44 employs an age verification system and will close any account found to belong to an underage individual, with the remaining balance returned to their legal guardian where applicable.

Pantas44 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect, except in emergencies or where immediate changes are required for security or legal compliance purposes.

Continued use of the pantas44 platform after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all remaining balances before the effective date.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the pantas44 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in accordance with procedures established by pantas44.
